She had the vision for His Own before the rest knew what it was - and she'll tell you holiness is an encounter between your weakness and God's grace.
My name is Kara and I am from the deep Southern city of New Orleans. I've spent the last couple decades traveling the globe, sharing my love for Jesus Christ through testimony and worship.
As I traveled I encountered countless other women with the same struggles to find their true identity in Christ. This lit a fire in my heart to help found His Own.
I've been blessed to record 5 original solo albums, and 2 albums with Maria and Christine. I love singing and writing music, especially with my sisters in Christ!
Yet even more I love the beautiful, simple, sanctifying daily life of marriage and motherhood. My husband Robert and I currently live in Louisiana. We have two wild, messy, blue-eyed boys, and we couldn't be more grateful for them. We hope to have many more!
