For speaking engagements, a PA system with at least one wireless microphone. For musical performances we'll send a detailed technical rider when you book - generally a sound system, three microphones, and three music stands.
Send the form or email us with your event details - date, location, type of event, and expected attendance. Once we confirm availability, we'll send a formal proposal and contract.
We recommend 3-4 months ahead for major events and 1-2 months for smaller gatherings. Don't hesitate to reach out sooner if your event is close.
Yes. We believe ministry should be accessible to all communities, and we're happy to discuss sliding scales, payment plans, or alternative arrangements for parishes with limited resources.
Yes - we regularly travel throughout the United States. International events need additional planning time and travel cost considerations.
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made 90+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee; 60-89 days prior, a 50% refund. Less than 60 days out, we'll work with you to reschedule.
